"Really tasty food. Options for small or large plate on all menu items so you can do big meal or tapas style. We had the tempura cod, the Moroccan lamb and Cornish greens, followed by a delicious choux bun, hot choc and coffee."

"Visited St Ives for what must be the hundredth time, and as usual, enjoyed a stroll along the seafront. But for the first time, we decided to call into Cintra — and I’m so glad we did. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by friendly, welcoming staff. Our waitress was especially warm and helpful, taking the time to explain the menu and offer great recommendations, as we weren’t quite sure what to order. The service was quick (though it wasn’t too busy), and when the food arrived, it looked beautifully presented. But the real highlight was the taste — absolutely fantastic! I was genuinely blown away. If I were handing out awards, this would easily be a five-star experience — even Michelin-worthy. We’ve visited quite a few seafood restaurants around the UK, and I’d honestly rate Cintra among the very best. A big well done to the chef, and equal praise to the staff for making it such a pleasant experience. I think Cintra might just be St Ives’ best-kept secret. Thank you all for a truly lovely dining experience."

"The food was absolutely delicious and the staff were great. We all loved the small plates, the variety allowed us to try multiple dishes and we could not get enough. A unique gem in St Ives, I'd certainly recommend for lunch or dinner. Amazing harbour views too."

"We are so pleased we went here. We had a bad experience at a different restaurant yesterday on the other side of the island. This place so welcoming, if you want sea food and love small plates so you can try it all cintra is the one for you. The food also comes out when its ready, all hot and not overwhelmed by everything at once, love that. On a sunny day you can sit outside but our last day of our holiday was rainy so we sat inside. Perfect end and made up for our bad experience. Thank you"

"Had a meal here with friends the other week and was really happy with the whole experience. We shared lots of plates and everything was delicious along with a great wine list. The only thing that was slightly sub par were the chips but would recommend everything else. The scallops were a real highlight and the Oysters were fresh and delicious."

"Cintra Sea Food St Ives is an absolute must-visit! The delicious gourmet plates and incredible location make for a perfect dining experience. The tables offer a stunning view of the beautiful St Ives marina, which is simply unmatched. I tried a variety of local seafood and seasonal fresh fish, and everything was fantastic. The prawns were meaty and full of flavor, and the flatfish was particularly delicious. The calamari was also magnificent. While the crab bruschetta could have been slightly better—I felt the dough was a bit too prominent— Also tried Cornish Beef which was pretty tasty and delicious. the cocktails were excellent and served as a perfect complement to the beautiful view and food. I really enjoyed my visit and look forward to returning soon."
